Why Is IT Pricing Such a Secret?
Look, we get it. You clicked on the "Pricing" page hoping to find a simple set of Gold, Silver, and Bronze packages so you could just pick one and move on. We wish it were that easy, too.
In the Co-Managed IT and cybersecurity world, giving a rigid, one-size-fits-all quote without actually looking at your network is like a mechanic quoting an engine rebuild over the phone without knowing if you drive a Honda Civic or a John Deere tractor.
Most IT/MSP companies use this complexity as an excuse to hide their pricing entirely until they trap you on a 45-minute sales call. We don't play that game. But before we give you our baseline numbers, we want to be completely transparent about why the final number requires a conversation.
Not so black and white
The "IT DEPENDS" Variables
When we integrate our team with yours, we are stepping into your unique ecosystem. Your price ultimately depends on a few major factors:
- Who owns the licensing? Are you buying Microsoft 365 directly from Microsoft, paying your current MSP or are you on legacy volume licensing? (When you work with us, we usually take over the M365 bill and bake it into our per-user fee).
- The Hardware Soup: Who owns the Wi-Fi? Are we walking into a building with brand-new enterprise switches, or a closet full of 8-year-old gear held together by duct tape and hope, without a cable label in sight?
- The Licensing Loop: Beyond who owns what, the next hurdle is when renewals happen. We need to audit your iDRAC/HP iLO, access points, firewalls, patch management and AV/EPDR to see what terms you are locked into (1yr, 3yr, 5yr) and what you recently purchased.
- The Backup Reality: Are we backing up 500 GB of clean, organized spreadsheets, or 20 TB of scattered, unoptimized virtual machines across three different hypervisors?
- The IT vs. OT Divide: How much of your environment is traditional office tech, and how much is specialized Operational Technology (OT) on the manufacturing floor that requires custom network segmentation?
Our Promise: Transparency Up Front
Even with all those variables, you deserve to know if we are in the same ballpark before you spend a second of your day talking to us.
We don't do hidden fees, and we don't nickel-and-dime you for every password reset or escalation. For a mature, healthy infrastructure that you 'hold the keys to', our Co-Managed IT & Infrastructure partnership typically runs as follows:
(NOTE: There are ways to shift costs. Below is our preferred approach. We manage the infrastructure so you can focus on strategy.)

- The Co-Managed User Fee: ~$175 / month per user
Stop paying hourly project fees and align your IT resources accordingly. This flat-rate covers your dedicated office staff and includes our complete enterprise security stack (MDR, XDR, Threat Hunting EPDR, MFA, Email Security, Cloud Monitoring) and provides direct Tier-3 escalation for your internal IT team. If it's a company-issued computer, all support, security, and project work is covered. (Note: Microsoft 365 licensing is billed separately at standard MSRP, or you can bring your existing tenant). - The Shared OT Workstation: ~$75 / month per device
Built specifically for manufacturing and plant floors. Instead of paying full user licenses for shift workers who only need basic access, we secure and support the shared kiosks and physical terminals on the production line. - The Site Infrastructure Fee: ~$500 /month for Each 10TB of protected storage (Per Site)
This covers your physical security perimeter and local backup infrastructure. We deploy, own, and maintain our preferred firewall and a dedicated on-site Backup & Disaster Recovery (BDR) appliance with off-site replication. Stop paying massive monthly leases for legacy backup servers. If the hardware dies, we replace it. Zero CapEx for you. (Priced transparently by storage capacity, with no arbitrary limits on Virtual Machines or physical hosts).

The "Tech Debt" Reality Check
We have to be honest here: These flat rates assume your network is currently healthy and supported.
If we run our initial discovery and find servers running obsolete operating systems, firewalls that haven't been patched in five years, or active malware sitting dormant on your network, we can't just slap a $175/user flat rate on it and call it a day.
Environments with heavy "tech debt" or deferred maintenance will require an upfront, one-time remediation project. We will fix the foundation, secure the perimeter, and bring the network up to a baseline standard. Once the fires are put out and the environment is stable, we transition you smoothly into the predictable, flat-rate monthly pricing.
Sound like the kind of honest partnership you’re looking for? Let’s schedule a 20-minute discovery chat. We’ll skip the sales pitch, talk about your current setup, answer any immediate questions that we can and see if our offerings align with your needs.
